Client Services Representative

Susan is licensed as a Property and Casualty agent in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland and West Virginia. She works with our sales representatives and other customer service representatives to meet the individual needs of commercial clients. She also assists commercial clients directly to make changes or updates as required.  Susan is a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland and has a background in Workers’ Compensation.
